Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Kale, I used the purple Kale pictured below (1 large handful)
1 scoop Organic Wheatgrass powder
1 cup organic pineapple juice
1 small apple
1 tablespoon Flax oil
1 cup frozen mango
1 banana (you could use frozen)
2 tablespoons peeled fresh tumeric
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Raw Cacao Chunks (purchased in bulk at Whole Foods)
1 Dark Chocolate Dipped Mango Slice (purchased in bulk from Whole Foods)
Method:
Mix kale, Wheatgrass, pineapple juice, water, apple, banana, mango, flax oil and turmeric in the Vita-mix on high until well blended. Top with apple slices, Raw Cacao Chunks and Chocolate Mango Slices.
