Well, I of course did NOT eat a doughnut! Instead I came home and made myself a Smoothie bowl. I had some of yesterday's smoothie in the refrigerator and then made the cherry portion below and combined the two. YUMMY! Oh, and I feel great, meanwhile the three of them are REALLY ILL! See... I'll teach them the hard way!

Ingredients:
The Yellow part was yesterday''s post "Mango Mountain Madness"
The Red Portion is below:
1 cup organic Frozen Cherries
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 cup Organic Black Cherry Juice
1 cup spinach
1 tablespoon Spirulina Powder (5g of protein)
1 kelp capsule, emptied
1/2 cupful of Organic Wheatgrass Powder (Cap comes in the container)
Method:
Blend all ingredients together, spoon in the red first and then add the Yellow and use whatever toppings you would like. I used sliced bananas & walnuts to decorate mine this morning. It had to be quick:) Also, the Spirulina contains 5g of protein while an egg contains 6g of protein so Spirulina is a great source of protein when you don't have time to cook. I also should mention.. now I have extra of the Cherry portion that I'm enjoying out of a glass! Have a Great Day!
